Run to burn off excess adrenaline
Adrenaline is released by the body in times of stress or danger it gives you that little extra boost to run or fight. The problem is people nowadays see danger when they watch the news or are driving to work etc.
This build up of adrenaline gives you a feeling of being overwhelmed and anxious. One way of burning off excess adrenaline is to exercise at least 3-4 times per week none stop to burn it off the other simpler method is to try meditation or relaxation to stop thoughts making you feel your in constant danger.
