Acai, Spirulina, Algae, Manuka there are many many new superfoods being touted as new and revolutionary in this day and age what I am wondering is there any truth behing all of these claims and what is the real motive behind these claims if there is one.
Also we will be looking at the food and health connection in great detail to explore if indeed we really do need all of these new foods from accross the world which are being touted as longevity boosting and health boosting.
